Before you book
Does the rental come with an operator?
No. This is a bare rental: you or your crew run the machine. If you are unsure about operating a machine this size, tell us on the quote form and we will talk it through.
What do I need to rent?
A signed rental agreement, a valid ID, the jobsite address, proof of insurance and a deposit. We will tell you exactly what we need when we send your quote.
Can you deliver?
Ask for delivery on the quote form. A machine this size moves on a lowboy trailer, so we quote transport separately based on distance and site access.
Is sales tax included?
No. Equipment rentals are taxable in Texas, so state and local sales tax is added to your rental total.
How are hours and fuel handled?
We record the hour meter and fuel level at check-out and check-in. Details are in your rental agreement.
